In accordance with the Group’s By-Laws, article 6, the subscribed capital is 1,700,000 thousand LEK divided into 1,700 shares with a nominal value of 1,000 thousand LEK. The above shares were registered in the Share Register Center, Tirana on 7 July 2004, and registered in Tirana Court with decision No. 21463/6 dated 30 June 2004.

 

This decision approved the starting the transfer of ownership for 39 % of the shares being 332 shares to IFC and 332 shares to EBRD from the Ministry of Finance.The balance of LEK 291,296 is considered as share capital premium.
